Zinc Bacter

Zinc Solubilising Bacterial Biofertilizer

Improves zinc availability and supports healthy plant growth and nutrient balance

Zinc Bacter® is a zinc-solubilising bacterial biofertilizer developed to convert unavailable forms of zinc present in soil into plant-available forms. The formulation supports improved micronutrient uptake, healthy root development, enzyme activity, and overall crop growth.

By improving zinc availability biologically, Zinc Bacter® helps support balanced plant nutrition, better physiological activity, and improved crop performance under diverse agricultural conditions.

Zinc Solubilization

The beneficial bacteria present in Zinc Bacter® release organic acids and biological compounds that help dissolve insoluble zinc compounds present in soil, converting them into plant-available forms.

Rhizosphere Colonization

The microbial strains actively colonize the root zone and support nutrient exchange around developing roots, improving micronutrient absorption efficiency.

Nutrient Mobilization

The formulation supports biological nutrient cycling and improves the availability of essential micronutrients within the soil system.

Plant Growth Promotion

Improved zinc availability supports enzyme activation, chlorophyll synthesis, root development, and healthy crop growth.

Dose

  • Field Crops: 1–2 L per acre
  • Horticultural Crops: 2–5 L per acre

Drip / Drench Application

Mix the required quantity of formulation with approximately 200 L of water and apply through drip irrigation or soil drenching.

Broadcasting Application

Mix the formulation with 200–500 kg of well-decomposed FYM or organic manure and broadcast uniformly near the root zone.

Seedling Root Dip (Optional)

Seedlings may be dipped in the prepared solution before transplanting to support early root colonization and establishment.

Application Timing

Can be applied anytime during the cropping period. Best results are obtained when used along with organic manures and recommended nutrient management practices.
